We need to cover a position with someone to manage the relationship with the RTOs and the utilities, assist in the definition of the strategy of the company regarding, connection and transmission issues of the different grids. Someone familiar with the Interconnection and Transmission processes of different areas of the US, someone to lead the negotiations of the interconnection agreements and transmission, it will also be valuable to have other skill sets like i.e "anchor customer", etc..
